Commoner Times is a newspaper project by Commoner Waves, created as part of Baoli Art Sangam. It brings together the voices, observations, conversations and moments that make up Hyderabad today. Not just the big news. Not just one version of the city. From public gatherings and community concerns to songs, folklore, food, street life and small everyday encounters we want to make room for the many ways people experience Hyderabad

Baoli Art Sangam is India's first Stepwell Art Festival, where communities gather, exchange ideas and build a shared cultural life. In association with the Ek Chitra Art Gallery & The Rainwater Project, this experimental art festival envisions bringing historical spaces alive again through contemporary art, performance, architecture, sound, food and public dialogue.
